About the Brewery...
Hobsons was established in 1993 with a simple aim - to produce delicious regional ale. Remaining dedicated to this they only use high quality local ingredients and do not sell their cask ale further afield than 50 miles from the brewery. Manor Ale is only available in bottles and is a real treat from a brewery that many people will not have come across.
About the Beer...
Originally brewed to celebrate Severn Valley Railway's Manor Class steam engines, this is a superb beer brewed with high quality local ingredients. It is an amber coloured ale with a delcious crisp and refreshing taste that is enhanced with biscuit overtones. Goes well with many foods but is particularly good with a rich and delicious Lamb Jalfrezi.
