About the Brewery...
Wim van de Spek is a Dutch born master brewer who along with his partner Sue Cooper founded Little Valley in 2005 and they have not looked back. All their bottled beers are created using only pure, natural ingredients, are totall organic and accredited by the Soil Association and endorsed by The Vegan Society and CAMRA.
About the Beer...
Cragg Vale's distinctive taste is created using three hop varieties to give it a rich, rounded and full bodied style. It has a crisp, fruity taste, gentle spicy aroma and a delicate finish. Enjoy paired with hot meat dishes such as steak pie or a roast dinner but equally good with cold pork pies or a traditional ploughman's lunch.
